1/18- Badminton has been going very well. With 7 different kinds of hits that we talked about, we are learning to control our bodies, have coordination with our racquets and have footwork that is smooth. Keep up the great work guys! 12/3- The last 3 weeks of PE...Incredible, awesome, amazing & FANTASTIC! Our soccer unit was filled with learning, student lead drills, great competition, hustle and more drills, frills and thrills that you can imagine! Thank you to each student for having great attitudes, outstanding efforts and hustle at all times! What a great experience! This week...we get back into violence prevention. We will talk about influences in our lives, that may contribute to violence and SOS (Signs of Suicides). I have notes and a parent letter under my "Class Worksheets", if you would like to view them. 9/21/17- Basketball unit is going absolutely amazing!!! I am pleased to see students working at the highest level possible. When you guys work at a "competitive level", the skies are limitless! 9/4/17- Remember: Health Parent Letter is due tomorrow or Wednesday! 9/4/17- Happy Labor Day! I hope you enjoyed your time off and got refreshed to continue what we started last week in Health. I am excited to learn more about you and what makes you "tick". We will be taking a "Color Test" to get to know ourselves better and know others better. Our goal, as a pod, is to get to know every person on the team by March. We can do it! We will also be starting our communication unit this week. 8/26/17- Great week of PE! Test, test and more test! PE will end on Wednesday and we will start Health on Thursday. If you haven't turned in your PE Parent Form and Locker room Contract Form, please get those in ASAP please. They were due last Monday.
